PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要職責(zé)

1. Responsible for supporting the monitor to complete daily safety production activities management of the shift team
負(fù)責(zé)支持班長(zhǎng)完成班組的日常安全生產(chǎn)管理工作
2. Responsible for production process monitoring and parameters adjustment（authorized by the monitor）, and operational discipline assurance in daily operation
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)工藝的監(jiān)控和參數(shù)調(diào)整(由班長(zhǎng)授權(quán))，負(fù)責(zé)班組日常操作過程中的操作紀(jì)律保證工作
3. Reporting the abnormalities of the process, it is encouraged to do troubleshooting and RCA
及時(shí)匯報(bào)非正常的工藝狀態(tài)，鼓勵(lì)進(jìn)行異常原因的分析調(diào)查
4. Assistant to maintain/manage operation related document management system to improve the system continuously
協(xié)助操作/管理文檔系統(tǒng)使之不斷優(yōu)化
5. Other operation related activities were assigned
其他被安排的與操作相關(guān)的活動(dòng)

JOB REQUIREMENTS 工作需求

1. At least full-time college degree, chemical related majors are preferred
