Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities

? Lead and manage all project completion activities including system definition, punch list clearance, mechanical completion, load-out and turnover to client.
? Coordinate across engineering, construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure smooth system handover.
? Develop system completion strategies, procedures, and execution plans.
? Maintain progress tracking for system and sub-system handover milestones.
? Facilitate and participate in walk downs, punch list identification and close-out.
? Report project completion status and KPIs to senior management and clients.
? Ensure completions documentation is maintained and delivered per contract requirements.

Job Holder Requirement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process preferred).
2. 10+ years’ experience in systems completions, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and turnover on major oil & gas or FPSO projects.
3. Certification in completions or commissioning methodology is a plus
4. In-depth understanding of project completions lifecycle: from construction completion through pre-commissioning to turnover..
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interface management skills.
6 Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple system completions simultaneously.
7 Ability to interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs, high attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
8 Strong stakeholder communication and cross-discipline collaboration.
9 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Completions Management Systems.
Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
　　

Experience

1. 15 + years in Oil & Gas industry, Experience in FPSO is beneficial
2. Proven track record of completion management in the execution of EPC in Oil and Gas project and FPSO project experience would be preferred
