Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities

? Pre-qualifying subcontractors through the analysis of information submitted in response to questionnaires, including financials and reference checks.
? Receiving, log and check subcontract requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
? Preparing and issue formal Request for Quotations.
? Preparing, issue and execute project subcontracts, with the help of Legal / Contracts
? Maintaining and issue project subcontract status reports.
? Ensuring adherence to Corporate and Project Subcontracting Procedures.
? Participating in resolving subcontractor disputes, claims and performance issues.
? Monitoring subcontractor compliance with insurance requirements.
? Preparing and issue approved addendums to subcontracts in support of project requirements.
? Maintaining project subcontract files.
? Ensuring audit ability of subcontract files.
? Working with Project Subcontract Managers and other Project Team members to ensure proper scope and administrative requirements are incorporated into subcontracts.
? Ensuring adherence to project subcontracting plan and strategies.
? Conducting business interviews with current and potential subcontractors as required to maintaining good business relationships and developing new sources of supply.
? Helping maintain subcontractor database and rating system.
? Travelling as required to conduct meetings and assist with resolution of problems.
? Assisting project with subcontract change management (process, validate associated pricing, execute, etc.).
? Assisting project with enforcement of safety requirements.
? Attending project subcontracting planning meetings and strategy meetings as required.

Job Holder Requirement

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
2 Expertise in FIDIC Red Book or LOGIC contract frameworks, including liquidated damages (LDs) and milestone payment mechanisms
3 Capability to draft and review subcontract agreements, defining scope of work (SOW) and responsibility allocation
4 Native-level English proficiency for technical document reviews, international meetings, and client reporting

5 Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
6 Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
7 Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
8 Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
9 Good communication and interpersonal skills ,have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines
10 Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
　　
Experience

1 8+ years in oil and gas or offshore engineering, with 5+ years focused on FPSO module subcontract management.

2 Proven experience resolving subcontractor disputes, delays, and quality issues (e.g., welding defects, resource shortages).
