職位描述

1. Responsible for a good safety, health and environment of instrument work.負責儀器的安全可靠，穩定運行和允許的使用環(huán)境。
2. Assisting Maintenance S/V to draft and implement kinds of maintenance plan (instrument part), repairing facilities on time after incident.協(xié)助維修主管起草和實(shí)施各種維修計劃（儀器部分），事故后及時(shí)修理設備
3. Responsible for verifying of instrument equipment (including pressure gauge, meters, analyzers, alerter、Control valve、DCS/SCADA、PLC etc) regularly.定期對儀表設備（包括壓力表，儀表，分析儀，報警器、控制閥、DCS/SCADA、PLC等）進(jìn)行檢查測試維護。
4. Responsible for patrolling and recording key facilities of plant daily, to keep their running in a good reliability and availability.負責巡視和記錄工廠(chǎng)日常關(guān)鍵設施，保持良好的可靠性和可用性。
5. Assisting Maintenance S/V to make annual PPM plan, spare parts (instrument part) application and management.協(xié)助維修主管制定年度PPM計劃，備件（儀器部件）應用和管理。
6. Drafting instrument procedure and work instructions and updating.起草工具程序（儀表清單關(guān)鍵備件識別）和工作指導書(shū)SOP以及到期更新更新。
7. Responsible for monitoring safe behavior, work load and work quality of subcontractor.負責監督分包商的安全行為，工作負荷和工作質(zhì)量。
8.Application of STAR principles and 5W and fishbone diagram for accident root cause analysis應用STAR原則和5W以及魚(yú)骨圖進(jìn)行事故根本原因分析

10.Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.能夠有效地變革，處理其他必要的任務(wù)。
工作要求：
1，本科及以上學(xué)歷，儀表控制、化工自動(dòng)化、機電一體化相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2，較強的動(dòng)手能力。熟悉Centum-VP和Intouch軟件經(jīng)驗豐富優(yōu)先。
3，3年以上化工領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗，熟悉空分裝置監控系統調試工作經(jīng)驗豐富者可考慮大專(zhuān)文憑優(yōu)先。
4，良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力。
5，團隊協(xié)作強、工作善于思考。
6、具有化工儀表操作證、儀表工程師職稱(chēng)證者優(yōu)先
