職位描述

1. Take on project-based electrical engineering responsibilities and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule;
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目電氣工程，并支持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在預(yù)算和進(jìn)度內(nèi)完成工程設(shè)計(jì)；
2. Supervise electrical panel assembly and FAT;
監(jiān)督電器面板的裝配和驗(yàn)收測(cè)試；
3. Produce standard documentations and MTO of electrical system, such as lighting , earth diagram, lightning, cable schedule, load list etc.;
制作符合石化、化工和國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電氣系統(tǒng)過(guò)程文件和料單，例如照明，接地圖，避雷，電纜表，負(fù)荷清單等；
4. Engage client and vendors on technical discussions and clarifications, produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation;
具備和客戶的溝通能力，以及管理分包商的能力, 并給采購(gòu)部門(mén)準(zhǔn)備采購(gòu)以及詢價(jià)所需要的文件;
5. Perform electrical site supervision and commissioning work;
項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理以及試車(chē)；

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering;
教育：電氣控制相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科學(xué)歷；
Working Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in design institute or EPC engineering company for chemical industries;
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：至少有3年以上在化工行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)院或工程總包公司的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Technical & Professional Knowledge:
技術(shù)和專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)：
1. Working knowledge of electrical (motor control center, VSD etc)
相關(guān)的馬達(dá)控制中心，變頻器知識(shí)的知識(shí)
2. Familiar with lighting, earth and Lightning design.
熟悉照明，節(jié)點(diǎn)和避雷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì).
3. Good knowledge in both local and international codes, standards and regulations;
熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法規(guī)
4. Experience in vendor engagement and technical evaluation;
能夠與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行技術(shù)澄清和溝通談判；
5. Proficient in English ;
英文熟練;
