崗位職責：
Main Job Responsibility
? Build up and maintain a solid, smooth, and trustful working relationship with Customs, especially ZJ Customs, local authorities, and stakeholders.
? Complete on-board and on-job training, support for the training on Customs policy updates to BIG management, Customs regulations and rules, and supply chain security in the international trade.
? Keep an eye on the new China customs regulations and rules, analyze the impact and potential risks to BIG’s import and export activities, interpret and provide mitigation actions to related departments, ODs, and stakeholders.

Customs interface responsibility
? Conduct proactive Customs engagement and develop trustful Customs relationship
? Streamline customs practices, guidance, and compliance requirements for daily execution
? Acting as key frontline contact and expert for Customs ad-hoc trouble shooting on top of import/export daily routine operation
? Act as the contact window of BIG to address Customs & FT inquiries from Customs or local authorities. Ensure “One Voice Policy” towards Customs by closely collaboration with internal stakeholders includes, Project Equipment Importation Management team, BIG relevant function units and ODs;
? Iron out Customs challenges, verifications, and audits with reliable and professional approaches

EHSQ responsibility
? Responsible for safe behavior in accordance with company and unit specific EHSQ objectives, policy, procedures and work instructions.
? Actively participate in company EHS training plan
? Support and monitor TDS requirement conformance by suppliers (transport and distribution management task related colleagues)

任職要求：
? College degree or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline
? 3+ years’ experience in import & export/logistics area, Customs training and regulation interpretation, Customs Preferences and Rules of Country of Origin execution, as well as Trade Control Operations; Experienced in customs communication and relationship maintenance;
? Addressing Customs inquiries, challenges, and audits experience is a must; Working experience in chemical industry preferred
? Good capability in written and verbal English and Mandarin;
? Skillful in the software of excel, word, and PowerPoint;
? Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
? Experience in SAP operation preferred
