崗位職責(zé)：
? Commissioning Phase
? Assist the project acceptance activities and participate in the punch list inspection during mechanical completion phase
協(xié)助和參與機(jī)械竣工期間的項目驗收工作和現(xiàn)場尾項檢查
? Support project pre-commission & commissioning activities, e.g. PSSR, commissioning proposal drafting, equipment commissioning
支持項目預(yù)試車和裝置試車工作，如開車前安全檢查, 試車方案撰寫,設(shè)備調(diào)試
? Engage in compiling control room and container yard process area SOPs
參與編寫中控室和堆場工藝區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序
? Operation Phase
? Manage all the TCL plant control room tasks and container yard process area tasks in shift, evaluate and solve important operation task and abnormal task, operation tasks including: TCCS control system operation, container yard process area operation include control system and field operation, equipment running status monitoring and alarm management, container temperature operation regarding container heating and cooling and pre-treatment for equipment maintenance.
管理TCL裝置中央控制室及集裝箱堆場工藝區(qū)班次內(nèi)所有運(yùn)營作業(yè)內(nèi)容, 關(guān)注并解決重點(diǎn)任務(wù)以及異常任務(wù)。作業(yè)內(nèi)容包括：
? 設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)控和報警管理
? 罐箱清洗站控制系統(tǒng)操作
? 堆場工藝區(qū)現(xiàn)場及中控操作
? 溫控集裝箱加熱冷卻
? 設(shè)備維修前預(yù)處理
? Responsible for fulfilling BASF EHSQ requirements during shift daily operation, supervise and correct violation of rules and unsafe behaviors.
負(fù)責(zé)確保班組生產(chǎn)活動符合巴斯夫職業(yè)安全、健康、環(huán)保和健康要求，監(jiān)督并糾正違章和不安全行為。
? Responsible for work permit issue or approval, and supervision of maintenance work in shift.
負(fù)責(zé)作業(yè)許可證開具或?qū)徟O(jiān)督區(qū)域內(nèi)維修作業(yè)
? Coordination with internal resources (EHS, Process, Maintenance, Asset, Digital, etc.) for trouble shooting in daily operation.
協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源（EHS、工藝、維修、資產(chǎn)管理、數(shù)字化等團(tuán)隊），解決日常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營問題
? Collaborate and interact with external interfaces in shift like OD plant, SCO, WWTP, TERU, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)班次內(nèi)與外部接口的溝通和互動（如生產(chǎn)裝置、供應(yīng)鏈操作、廢水處理、危廢處理裝置）。
? In case of abnormal incidents, give operators instruction for on-scene handling, and timely report to operation supervisor or operation manager.
異常事件發(fā)生時給予操作人員操作指令, 故障排查，并及時匯報給運(yùn)營主管或者運(yùn)營經(jīng)理。
? Responsible for emergency response and instruction of accident and urgent incidence happened in plant management area.
負(fù)責(zé)裝置管理區(qū)域內(nèi)事故及緊急事件的應(yīng)急響應(yīng)和指導(dǎo), 引導(dǎo)、協(xié)助消防隊進(jìn)行。
? Responsible for shift book documentation in daily operation
負(fù)責(zé)班次交接班記錄表的日常記錄工作
? Responsible for management of operators in shift, also improve team ability.
負(fù)責(zé)班組人員管理，并提升團(tuán)隊能力。
? Responsible for managing operation supporting devices in shift, for example HHD, walkie talkie, gas detectors, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)班次內(nèi)的運(yùn)營輔助設(shè)備的使用管理，例如手持平板，對講機(jī)，氣體探測儀等。
? Responsible for shift employee training and mentoring, for example shift safety training, WI, ER instruction, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)班組內(nèi)的師徒帶教和培訓(xùn)工作，例如安全培訓(xùn)、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、應(yīng)急響應(yīng)操作指導(dǎo)等。
? Responsible for other non-routine processes: disposal of hazard waste, packaging material management, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)班次內(nèi)非日常工作：危廢處置、包材管理等。
? Execute shopfloor and control room 5S management, ensure clean and safe
負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場和中控室5S管理，確保整理、整頓、清潔、清掃、素養(yǎng)及安全
? Responsible for shift employee KPI management and qualification management
負(fù)責(zé)班組成員的KPI考核和作業(yè)資質(zhì)管理。
? Expand the professional knowledge of team members, improve operational skills.

? Responsible for safety discussion and safety talk in shift.

? Actively participate in Continues Improvement Process (CIP), Change Management and Innovation regarding process optimization, digitalization, cost optimization, shift culture development, etc.

? Coach and support operator engaged in routine operation, occasionally operate as backup
指導(dǎo)操作員進(jìn)行日常作業(yè)，必要時可以作為替補(bǔ)人員。
? Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

任職要求：
? Minimum 3 years’ work experiences as shopfloor supervisor in comparable chemical manufacturing corporation or container terminal. The candidate who has hazard chemicals handling certificate is preferred.
具備3年及以上的化工生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中控和現(xiàn)場一線管理經(jīng)驗。有危險品從業(yè)人員資格證，優(yōu)先考慮。
? Technologies in the field of work: general knowledge of chemical engineering facilities and control system incl. pump, vessel, pipe, valves and instruments, DCS, GDS, FAS and CCTV etc.
技術(shù)能力：掌握基本化工機(jī)泵、容器、管線、閥門、儀表等設(shè)施設(shè)備和DCS/GDS/FAS等控制系統(tǒng)操作。
? Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS,timeliness, quality and safety in a process-orientated and digitalized environment
可靠獨(dú)立：在流程化和數(shù)字化環(huán)境下，保證現(xiàn)場物流操作符合安全、環(huán)保、及時、質(zhì)量和成本的管理要求
? Problem solving: The employee requires professional problem-solving capabilities to be able to take actions in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
