崗位職責(zé)：
? Monitoring of the highly automated material flow within filling operations.
監(jiān)控自動(dòng)化包裝系統(tǒng)作業(yè)中的自動(dòng)物料流。
? Responsible for the daily recheck of filling system before shift operation.
班次作業(yè)前對(duì)包裝系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行例行檢查。
? Check bagging materials and replace in time, including film, bag, empty pallet.
檢查包裝材料并及時(shí)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充，包含袋子，套膜以及空托盤(pán)等。
? Execution of remaining manual tasks and semi-automatic takes in automatic filling system areas (e.g. Jumbo bag filling, bulk filling etc.).
在包裝作業(yè)區(qū)域區(qū)域，執(zhí)行必要的人工作業(yè)以及半自動(dòng)化作業(yè)（如囤袋包裝，槽車(chē)包裝等）。
? Necessary stop automatic equipment and stop related working in case of disruptions or unplanned incidents. Report to shift lead and maintenance team as soon.
在發(fā)生工作中斷或意外事件時(shí)，及時(shí)反饋情況給班組長(zhǎng)以及維修部門(mén)，進(jìn)行必要的安全停止操作并停止相關(guān)作業(yè)。
? Usage and controlling of mobile IT-systems for the support of work and process control (e.g. visualities technology like displays, ePapers and augmented reality for digital shop floor management).

? Support shift lead for communication and interaction with external interfaces like forwarders and internal interfaces like planners and PE plant operators.
協(xié)助班組長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行與內(nèi)、外部接口（如PE生產(chǎn)車(chē)間、計(jì)劃員）的溝通和互動(dòng)。
? Monitoring and manage the external suppiler operation, for example empty pallet supplier.
監(jiān)督并管理外部供應(yīng)商的安全操作，例如空托盤(pán)供應(yīng)商等。
? Execution of Non-daily processes: unqualify bag handle, filled bag product recheck, label ordering, disposal process, cancellation process.
執(zhí)行非日常工作：異常包裝處理、包裹抽檢、標(biāo)簽管理、報(bào)廢流程、撤銷(xiāo)任務(wù)等。
? Active contribution to problem solving, incident handling, continuous improvement process and innovations.
積極對(duì)問(wèn)題解決、事件處理、持續(xù)改善項(xiàng)目和創(chuàng)新做出貢獻(xiàn)。
? Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

? Support training to new colleagues regarding safety, WI and 5S, ensure employees understand and follow BASF standard.
主動(dòng)支持對(duì)班組內(nèi)新進(jìn)及在崗員工的安全、操作規(guī)程及5S進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，確保員工了解并遵守各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度及操作規(guī)程。
? Have muti-skills to cover different positions, including warehouse operation and filling operation.
具備多技能，能勝任不同的工作崗位，包括倉(cāng)庫(kù)操作以及包裝系統(tǒng)操作。
? Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders, no limit within current shift.
完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)，不局限于本班次內(nèi)作業(yè)。

任職要求：
1. 專(zhuān)科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、自動(dòng)化、物流或化工專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2. 具備3年及以上的包裝線操作工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.持有有效叉車(chē)操作證。
4.具備SAP， MES經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或者有學(xué)習(xí)SAP，MES的意愿。
